Project enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, project PIN code, project type and message. We use them to respond and discuss your project. Enquiries are stored in our private studio inbox, hosted with MongoDB, and notifications are delivered through Resend to the studio’s email inbox. Sending an enquiry does not require analytics consent.
Optional website analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics helps us understand visits to our pages, successful project enquiries and clicks on our phone, email and WhatsApp links. A contact-link click does not tell us whether a conversation took place. We do not include your enquiry fields in analytics events. Page addresses sent by our tracking code exclude query strings and fragments; referring websites are reduced to their origin.
Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visits and provides information such as device/browser characteristics and approximate location. Google processes this measurement data. Our tag does not enable Google signals or advertising personalization. The Analytics cookie lifetime is set to 90 days. Google Analytics is not loaded until you allow it. Browser restrictions or blockers may prevent measurement even after consent.
Your preference is saved in this browser’s local storage. You can decline or change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences in the footer. Declining stops our analytics events and removes this site’s Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already collected by Google or change preferences on another device.
Website delivery and external links
Vercel, Cloudflare and our storage providers help deliver and secure the website, photographs and films. Requests necessarily include technical information such as your IP address and browser information, independently of optional analytics. When you follow a WhatsApp, Instagram, Maps or email link, the destination service’s own privacy practices apply.
Your information and questions
Contact the studio to ask about the information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or discuss privacy. Please identify the enquiry you mean without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We will review your request and explain any information we need to retain for the project or applicable obligations.
